Nakameguro
Yesterday, I was taking around a woman from GQ france. She wanted to see what is happening in Nakameguro area in Tokyo... She thinks that knowing hip places in Tokyo is one of the hardest thing, because, everything changes so quick in this country, I mean this city.

I found this nice wall at Karasuyama, TYO and the wall belongs to a town hall of this city.
